Cindy Bowne, District Manager/Technician
Cindy has been with the Boone County Soil and Water Conservation District since 1997. She first came to the USDA Service Center as a WAE for NRCS then was hired as a part-time clerk for the soil and water conservation district. Cindy has worked as a part-time clerk, part-time clerk/technician, full-time technician, and is currently the full-time manager/technician.
Kevin Monckton, AgNPS Coordinator
Kevin has been with the Boone County Soil and Water Conservation District since 1998. He came here from Howard County where he was the district technician. He has worked as the AgNPS coordinator for the Little Bonne Femme AgNPS project and is currently the coordinator for the Upper Hinkson Creek AgNPS project.
Julie Lipscomb, District Clerk
Julie has been with the Boone County Soil and Water Conservation District since 1997. She first came to the USDA Service Center as a WAE for NRCS in 1996 then was hired as part-time district clerk for the soil and water conservation district. She serves on the Central Region Envirothon planning committee.
