Clark County is currently part of the Fox River Ecosystem Development 319 Water Quality Project in conjunction with Scotland County Soil and Water Conservation District, Northeast Resource Conservation and Development Council (RC&D), and the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS).

- Funds are available for projects at this time.
- Eligible projects are terraces with UGO outlets, cropland seedings and well decommissioning.
- Fox River 319 Project will expire on July 31, 2008.
