Elaine Brotherton has been employed as Clerk since May 2, 1988
Her job responsibilities include the implementation of the cost-share program, accounting program and other office duties. She enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and cooking their favorite meals. A passion of hers for many years has been gardening. Every spring since 1961 she plants a garden, waters it faithfully, pulls thousands of weeds, and then graciously shares the bounty with her many family members and friends. -
Kim McNamar has been employed as Program Assistant since May 28, 1991
When hired, she was a full time employee until the birth of her first child in 1999. Since then she has worked part-time for the district. Her duties include case file maintenance, conservation practice planning, applying and assisting with field design and any help needed with the office computer programs. She and her husband, Shannon, have two daughters: Abigaile and Madison. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, reading, computers, and the outdoors. For a hobby, she and her husband raise Boxer dogs. -
Roy Stice has been employed as Technician since May 16, 1998
His duties include all conservation practice inspection and evaluation, survey, and design. It is his responsibility to see that all practices approved for state cost-share meet the standard requirements and specifications. Roy is a retired math teacher and served as such for 36 years before entering his new occupation as District Technician. He and his wife, Shirley, enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, as well as raising a garden every spring. Roy also has a green thumb for producing beautiful flowers. His hobbies include: collecting HO trains, stamps and photography.
