Board Members
Carl Button - Chairman
Carl resides in Urbana and has been a board member since 1999 for Area 4. Carl was last elected in 2007. Carl has a cattle farm operation and is the FFA teacher for Skyline High School.
Paul Rains - Vice Chairman
Paul resides in Quincy and has been a board member since 1999 for Area 1. Paul was last elected in 2007. Paul and his family operate a dairy farm in Quincy. Along with the dairy his family also runs the "Rains Ice" business that delivers bagged ice to several surrounding towns.
Bill Gunter - Treasurer
Bill resides in Hermitage and has been a board member since 2001 for Area 3. Bill was last elected in 2005. Bill runs cattle and Clydesdale horses on his farm in Hermitage. Although he is retired, he stays busy and loves spending time with his grandchildren.
Carl Miller - Member
Carl resides in Preston and has been a board member since 2005 for Area 2. Carl has been a long-time contractor in Hickory County installing watering systems. He has since retired and now manages his farm for wildlife.
