Mark Brownlee - District Technician

Mark started working for the soil and water conservation district in 1987. Mark is a third generation farmer on his farm near Lowry City. His interests include hunting, taxidermy and traveling. He and his wife Regina have three boys.

Donna Hooper - Program Specialist I

Donna started working for the soil and water conservation district in 1992. Donna and her husband Greg live on their farm near Roscoe, and she has three children. Her interests include quilting, garage sales and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

Margie Best - Program Specialist I

Margie started working for the soil and water conservation district in 1994. She and her husband David live on a farm between Osceola and Collins. David is the fifth generation to live on the farm. Margie's interests include everything to do with the farm and especially working in her yard and flowers.
