Wright County Soil and Water Conservation District
John and Denise Campbell
The No-Till Drill Award is given to individuals who are using the no-till drill to improve and renovate pasture and hay fields to improve forage quality while reducing erosion.
This year's winner has used the no-till drill for many years. They have used no-till to interseed legumes into pastures, plant annual crops for high quality feed and to renovate old pasture and hay fields that were not producing to their potential. The use of no-till on their farm has allowed them to save numerous tons of soil that would have eroded off the land using conventional tillage.
We are pleased to present this year's No-Till Award to John and Denise Campbell for their outstanding achievements.
